Over 15 Years Use. * Caution : Never put it in your mouth or swallow it. How to Play Korean Gonggi (공기놀이) Gonggi is a traditional Korean game played with five small stones or plastic pieces. It is similar to jacks and can be played alone or with players. The goal is to complete a series of increasingly difficult moves without dropping the pieces. Basic Rules Preparation: Five small stones or plastic pieces (gonggi) are used. Players sit on a flat surface. Round 1 – Picking Up One Piece at a Time: Toss all five pieces onto the ground. Pick up one piece and throw it into the air. Before it lands, pick up one more piece from the ground and catch the thrown piece in the same hand. Repeat until all pieces are collected. Round 2 – Picking Up Two Pieces at a Time: Toss all five pieces again. Pick up one piece, toss it in the air, and pick up two pieces from the ground before catching the tossed piece. Repeat until all pieces are collected. Round 3 – Picking Up Three and Then One Piece: Similar to the previous rounds, but pick up three pieces first, then the last one. Round 4 – Back of the Hand Catch: Toss all five pieces into the air and catch them on the back of your hand. Throw them up again from the back of your hand and catch as many as possible in your palm. The number caught determines bonus points or the turn's success. Advanced Variations: Different regions and players may have additional variations, such as throwing a piece and picking up all four at once. The game continues with turns rotating among players, and the one who completes all rounds successfully or scores the highest wins.
