Mandatory skills
Demonstrable experience as Cloud Architect, distributed computing systems definition and technical leadership.
Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with Cloud and Edge computing, especially in resource orchestration
Knowledge on container orchestration technologies as for example: Kubernetes and/or Docker Swarm.
3-4 years’ experience at least in Software Development.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies. CI/CD techniques and tools.
Demonstrable experience in developing Python, Go or J2EE.
High level of English: written and conversational
Desirable Skills
Experience leading small technical teams (2-3 people).
Knowledge of Edge computing solutions such as AWS Greengrass or Azure IoT Edge.
PHD, Master degree or previous experience in academic research is highly valuated.
Communication skills – formal scientific papers, whitepapers, public speaking and leading meetings for example.
Experience in large and/or collaborative projects or knowledge of H2020 and similar research subsidy programmers also appreciated.
